Debbie Lee is a passionate Catholic educator, mentor, and academic leader with over a decade of experience cultivating wisdom and virtue in the liberal arts tradition. Serving as the Dean of Academics for Chesterton high school, she holds a deep passion for integrating the True, Good, and Beautiful into the curriculum and school culture. Her 15year teaching career spans grades K-12, bridging the diverse worlds of inner-city education and private, classical schooling. Her expertise in classical pedagogy is supported by her Master Classical Teacher Certificate through the CIRCE Institute, specializing in mimetic teaching and Socratic discussion.

Mrs. Lee is committed to the revival of classical pedagogy and she brings invaluable experience from the homeschooling community, providing a comprehensive understanding of educational models. Beyond the classroom, Debbie Lee has a heart for Catholic youth and young adult ministry, having led extensive confirmation, Catholic youth ministry, and retreat programs for over 9 years. With a degree in Art and Architecture, she frequently draws upon the beauty of the Catholic tradition to inspire students toward a deeper life in Christ. As a current teacher at The Lyceum, she continues to shape a community where faith and reason thrive together.
